คนพิการที่ใส่ ขาเทียม จะขึ้นเครื่องบินเดินทางไปเที่ยวต่างประเทศ จได้ไหม และถ้าได้ต้องทำอะไรบ้าง ใครรู้บอกที่น่ะค่ะ

ออกจากบ้านก่อนขึ้นเครื่องบิน

*  นำสิ่งของมีคม อาวุธ และสิ่งคล้ายอาวุธทุกชนิดรวมถึง ของเหลว เจล สเปรย์ และวัตถุหรือสารอื่นๆ ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน บรรจุใส่กระเป๋าสัมภาระ นำส่งให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่สายการบิน ณ เคาน์เตอร์ตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร (Check-Counter) ห้ามนำติดตัวขึ้นไปบนอากาศยาน

*  ตรวจสอบเอกสารในการเดินทางให้พร้อม เช่น หนังสือเดินทาง บัตรโดยสาร ฯลฯ

*  ควรไปถึงท่าอากาศยานก่อนเครื่องออก ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ชม.

*  ของเหลว ที่อนุญาตให้นำติดตัวขึ้นเครื่องบินมีข้อปฏิบัติดังนี้

     1. ต้องเป็นของเหลวที่ไม่ใช่วัตถุอันตราย เช่น เจอ สเปรย์ โลชั่น ออยส์ น้ำหอม เจลใส่ผม

เจลอาบน้ำ โฟมล้างหน้า ยาสีฟัน และอื่นๆ ที่คล้ายคลึงกัน

     2. น้ำ เครื่องดื่ม อาหารเหลวสำหรับเด็กอ่อน และยาที่มีเอกสารทางการแพทย์กำกับ ในปริมาณที่เหมาะสม

     3. ของเหลวที่มีขนาดเกิน 100 มล. ให้บรรจุใส่กระเป๋าสัมภาระ ผ่านขั้นตอนตรวจ ณ เคาน์เตอร์  เช็ค – อิน

     4. ของเหลวที่มีขนาดบรรจุไม่เกิน 100 มล. ต้องใส่รวมไว้ในถุงพลาสติกใส เปิด – ปิดผนึกได้ ขนาด 20x20 ซม. น้ำหนักรวมกันไม่เกิน 1 ลิตรแยกออกจากสัมภาระอื่นสามารถนำขิ้นเครื่องได้คนละ 1 ถุง

 

-          ไม่รับฝากกระเป๋า/สัมภาระ/สิ่งของจากผู้อื่นไปกับการเดินทาง

-          ห้ามนำสัตว์มีพิษหรือดุร้าย สัตว์ขนาดใหญ่หรือสัตว์สงวนไปกับการเดินทาง

-          ห้ามนำวัตถุอันตรายดังต่อไปนี้ไปกับการเดินทาง

1) วัตถุระเบิด เช่น ดอกไม้เพลิง ดินปืน

2) วัตถุไวไฟ ไม้ขีดไฟ กำมะถัน สารที่เสี่ยงต่อการลุกไหม้ได้เอง เช่น เศษฝ้าย ฟอสฟอรัสเหลือง สารให้ก๊าซไวไฟเมื่อสัมผัสน้ำ เช่น แคลเซียมคาร์ไบด์ โซเดียม ฯลฯ

3) ของเหลวไวไฟ เช่นน้ำมันไฟแช็ก แอลกอฮอล์ สีน้ำมัน

4) ก๊าซไวไฟ ก๊าซพิษ ก๊าซไม่ไวไฟและไม่เป็นพิษ เช่น สเปรย์กำจัดแมลง ก๊าซแอมโมเนีย ก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ เมื่อถูกกระแทกอย่างแรงอาจเกิดระเบิดได้

5) สารออกซิไดซ์ เช่นแอมโมเนียไนเตรท ด่างทับทิมและสารเปอร์ออกไซด์อินทรี เช่นไดคูมิวเปอร์ออกไซด์เม็ทธิลเอ็ทธิลคีโทนเปอร์ออกไซด์ ฯลฯ

6) สารพิษและสารแพร่เชื้อ เช่นยาฆ่าแมลง สารประกอบปรอท เชื้อจุลินทรีย์ ฯลฯ

7) วัตถุกัมมันตภาพรังสี เช่น ธาตุยูเรเนียม โคบอลท์ 60

8) ของเหลวกัดกร่อน เช่น น้ำกรด ปรอท

9) อาวุธปืนและเครื่องกระสุนทุกชนิด

10) อาวุธหรือสิ่งเทียมอาวุธ เช่น มีด สนับมือ ดาบ วัตถุแหลมคมทุกชนิด ปืนไฟแช็ก ปืนเด็กเล่น

 

ที่สนามบิน

 

·       ควรไปถึงประตูทางออกขึ้นเครื่องบินก่อนเวลาเครื่องออกประมาณ 20 นาที และเผื่อเวลาสำหรับตรวจหนังสือเดินทางและตรวจสัมภาระก่อนขึ้นเครื่องบิน

·       ให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับข้อปฏิบัติในการเดินทางต่าง ๆ ที่ประกาศไว้ภายในเขตสนามบิน เช่น ป้ายประกาศ แผ่นผับ ประกาศเสียงตามสาย จอ LCD แสดงข้อมูล ฯลฯ

·       ในกรณีที่ต้องการนำอาวุธปืนและเครื่องกระสุนขึ้นไปกับอากาศยาน ให้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ เคาน์เตอร์ตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร (Check – in Counter) เพื่อดำเนินการให้ถูกต้อง

·       ในกรณีที่พบการกระทำผิดกฎหมายในเขตสนามบิน ให้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยท่าอากาศยานที่อยู่บริเวณนั้น

·       ในกรณีที่พบกระเป๋า/สัมภาระ/สิ่งของวางทิ้งไว้โดยไม่มีเจ้าของ ให้ปฏิบัติดังนี้

1.       ไม่จับต้อง หยิบยก หรือเคลื่อนย้ายกระเป๋า/สัมภาระหรือสิ่งของเด็ดขาด

2.       แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยท่าอากาศยานทราบทันที

3.       หากสามารถทำได้ให้รอเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยเพื่อช่วยชี้ตำแหน่งของกระเป๋า/สัมภาระ/สิ่งของนั้น และช่วยให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม

4.       ขณะที่รอเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย อย่าเข้าใกล้กระเป๋า/สัมภาระ/สิ่งของนั้น และช่วยแนะนำบุคคลอื่นๆ ให้ปฏิบัติเช่นเดียวกัน

**      อย่าวางกระเป๋า/สัมภาระ/สิ่งของ ทิ้งไว้โดยไม่เฝ้าระวัง    **

 

ก่อนขึ้นเครื่องบิน

·       ให้ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ในการตรวจค้นเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการเดินทา

·       แยกสัมภาระก่อนนำเข้าตรวจด้วยเครื่อง X-Ray ดังนี้

1.       กระเป๋าสัมภาระติดตัวทั่วไป

2.       เสื้อคลุม แจ็กเก็ต หรือสูท

3.       เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ชนิดพกพา (Notebook/Laptop)

4.       โทรศัพท์มือถือ

5.       ถุงพลาสติกใสที่บรรจุของเหลว เจล สเปรย์ และวัตถุหรือสารอื่นๆ ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน โดยมีปริมาณความจุไม่เกิน 100 มล.ต่อภาชนะ และน้ำหนักรวมกันไม่เกิน 1 ลิตร

6.       ของเหลว ที่ซื้อจากร้านค้าปลอดอากร (Duty FreeShop) สามารถนำติดตัวขึ้นเครื่องบินได้ แต่ต้องบรรจุในถุงพลาสติกใส ปิดผนึกปากถุง ไม่มีร่องรอยการฉีกขาด และมีหลักฐานที่แสดงว่าได้ซื้อในวันเดินทางหรือไม่เกิน 24 ชม. ก่อนออกเดินทาง

·       ตรวจสอบสิ่งของ/สัมภาระ ก่อนออกจากจุดตรวจค้น

 

**  ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสิ่งของมีคม อาวุธ สิ่งเทียมอาวุธและวัตถุอันตรายทุกชนิด รวมถึงของเหลว ในปริมาณเกินกว่าที่กำหนดผ่านจุดตรวจค้น หากตรวจพบเจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการแยกสิ่งของดังกล่าวออกจากผู้โดยสาร  **
