ดิฉันอยากทราบเรื่องของผู้จัดทำบัญชีมีดังนี้:- 1. หากผู้จัดทำบัญชีได้ลาออกจากบริษัทแล้ว พร้อมแจ้งยกเลิกเป็นผู้จัดทำบัญชีของบริษัทนั้นกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า จะมีผลอย่างไรเมื่อผู้จัดทำบัญชีไม่ได้ทำบัญชีของนิติบุคคลอื่น ขอคำแนะนำด้วยค่ะ 2. จากข้อที่ 1 แม้ลาออกจากการเป็นผู้จัดทำบัญชีให้กับบริษัท จะต้องไปอบรมพัฒนาความรู้ต่อเนื่องให้ครบ 27 ชั่วโมง ภายใน 3 ปีด้วยหรือไม่? ขอขอบคุณค่ะ

ถ้ายังอยากจะเป็นผู้ทำบัญชีควรรักษาสิทธิ์ และควรอบรมตามหลักเกณฑ์น่าจะดีที่สุดครับ

ดิฉันได้สมัครผู้จัดทำบัญชีไว้ เลขที่ 12101320 สมัครไว้แล้วเมื่อปี 51 แต่ยังไม่ได้ทำอะไรต่อเลย ยังไม่ทราบรายละเอียด เอาแบบคนไม่รู้อะไรเลย ขอบคุณค่ะ

ดิฉันได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ทำบัญชีไว้ให้กับบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง แต่บังเอิญว่าบริษัทที่ดิฉันทำมีพี่เค้ารู้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับบัญชีมากแต่เขาไม่สามารถเซ็นเอกสารได้ เลยต้องให้ดิฉันไปขึ้นทะเบียนแล้วเซ็นเอกสารต่าง ๆ ให้ ดิฉันจึงอยากจะทราบว่ามันมีผลกระทบอะไรบ้างไหมค่ะ
