กระผมได้ใส่ขาเทียมเหนือเข่า เบ้าที่สวมเป็นเบ้าสูญญากาศ ใช้จุกยางปิดช่องลม และใช้เดินเป็นเวลานาน ประจำ มีปัญหาในการใส่ขาเทียมเหนือเข่า ดังนี้ 1.ทุกครั้งที่ใส่ขา แล้วเดินเป็นเวลานาน จะเกิดอาการปวด ตรงบริเวณที่ลงน้ำหนักคือ ตรงขาหนีบ จนถึง บริเวณขอบเบ้าที่รองก้น จะมีอาการปวด 2.ตรงบริวณขาหนีบที่รับน้ำหนัก นอกจากจะมีอาการปวดแล้ว จะเกิดแผลตุ่มน้ำที่เกิดจากการกดทับ และเมื่อใส่ขาเทียมอีก แผลตุ่มน้ำแตก แล้วแสบมาก ใส่ขาเทียมอีกไม่ได้เลย สภาพตอขา คือ กล้ามเนื้อเมื่อจับแล้ว เหลวๆ นิ่มๆ การใส่ตอบขากับเบ้า : ใช้ผ้าห่อตอขาแล้วดึงออกจากเบ้า โดยที่ตอขาไม่ได้สวมถุงผ้า ใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น (ถ้าสวมถุงผ้า แล้วเบ้าจะไม่ดูดตาขาให้กระชับ) สภาพเบ้าขาเทียม : กระชับกับตอขา และได้รองยางนิ่มๆ ตรงบริเวณขอบเบ้าสวม และใช้ผ้ากำมะหยี่หุ้มขอบเบ้าทั้งหมด ซึ่งกระผมก็ได้ใช้ยางนิ่มๆ และ หุ้มด้วยผ้ากำมะหยี่แล้ว ใส่ขาเทียมเดิน ก็ยังเกิดอาการ ปวด และแผลตุ่มน้ำ (บีบแตกแล้วแสบมาก) ตรงบริเวณขาหนีบและตรงที่รองรับน้ำหนักเบ้ากับก้น ช่วยหาวิธีแก้ไข ให้ทีนะครับ ขอบพระคุณมากๆ ครับ

ในฐานะผมใส่ขาเทียมมา 14 ปี ผมไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องขาเทียมเลยครับ.........

ขอแนะนำคุณดังนี้ 1. คุณใส่ขาเทียมแล้วเกิดอาการปวดขาตรงบริเวณที่รับน้ำหนัก ช่วงขาหนีบ ถึงบริเวณแท่นบ่ารองก้น ตรงขาเทียมด้านบนเค้าจะทำรองรับนำหนักตัวด้วย ตามร่างกาย อ้วน ผอม แสดงว่า.....ขณะนี้ขาเทียมของคุณ .....ไม่เหมาะสมกับตอขาของคุณแล้ว แล้วเวลาเดินคุณปวด เพราะระบบที่คุณใช้ เป็นระบบสุญญากาศ มันจะดึงเนื้อตอขาที่เหลือในเบ้า ขึน ลง ในเวลาเดิน ถ้าเดินมากจะทำให้คุณปวด (คนขาขาดเค้าจะเดินน้อยเท่าที่จำเป็น คือมีการวางแผนก่อนว่า จะไปเส้นทางไหน )

2. ในขณะที่คุณใส่ขาเทียมโดยใช้ผ้าชนิดมันลื่น เพื่อห่อตอขา เวลาใส่ขา คุณใช้แป้งผงโรยลงบนผ้าหรือเปล่า (จะทำให้ใส่ง่ายขึ้น) เมื่อใส่แล้ว คุณขยับตอขาเข้ากับเบ้าหรือเปล่า เราจะรู้ว่าจะตรงหรือไม่ตรง เวลาเดิน 2-3 ก้าวก็จะรู้ว่า ขาเราไม่ตรงกับเบ้า คุณบอกว่า ตอขา กับเบ้า กระชับดี ผมเลยเดาไม่ออกว่า มันจะออกมาอย่างไร เพราะรายละเอียดปลีกย่อย ตอขาแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน นำหนักตัวสำคัญที่สุด

3. ผมเคยใช้ขาเทียมระบบสุญญากาศเหนือเข่า ข้างซ้าย สาเหตุจากเหยียบกับระเบิด ใช้ได้ 6 เปลี่ยนครับ... เพราะไม่เหมาะกับผม เหงื่อออกมาก อากาศเมืองไทยร้อนชื้น แพ้วัสดุ ขาหลุดง่าย เวลา ก้าวขึ้นลงรถมันเป็นระบบสุญญากาศ ถ้าขยับตัวแล้วอากาศเข้าเบ้าได้ ขาเทียมจะหลุดอันตรายครับ
