สรรพากรเพิ่ม ๓๐ องค์กรกุศล รับสิทธิการลดหย่อนภาษี นายสาธิต รังคสิริ รองอธิบดีกรมสรรพากร กล่าวว่า กรมสรรพากรและตัวแทนคนพิการ ได้เข้าพบนายฉลองภพ สุสังกร์กาญจน์ รมว.คลัง เพื่อหารือพิจารณาในกรอบกิจกรรมขององค์กรสาธารณกุศลให้ส่วนการบริจาคเงินและสิ่งของเพื่อนำมาหักลดหย่อนภาษี โดยได้ข้อสรุปเบื้องต้นว่า กรมสรรพากรจะเพิ่มองค์กรการกุศลสาธารณะประโยชน์เพื่อผู้พิการอีก ๓๐ องค์กร ที่เมื่อบริจาคจะได้รับการยกเว้นภาษี นอกจากนี้จะแก้ไข ให้บุคคล หรือ นิติบุคคล ที่บริจาคเป็นสิ่งของทรัพย์สินให้กับองค์กร สาธารณกุศลนำมาตีเป็นมูลค่าหักลดหย่อนภาษีได้ จากเดิมที่กำหนดให้แต่การบริจาคเป็นเงินสดเท่านั้น ที่นำมาหักลดหย่อนภาษีได้ โดยในส่วนของบุคคลธรรมดาสามารถนำเงินสิงของและทรัพย์สินที่บริจาคมาหักลดหย่อนได้ตามจริง แต่ไม่เกิน ๑๐% ของเงินได้ ส่วนนิติบุคคลสามารถนำเงินสิ่งของและทรัพย์สินมาหักบริจาคได้ตามจริง แต่ไม่เกิน ๒% ของกำไรสุทธิ "การแก้ไขกฎหมายจะทำได้ในเร็วนี้ เพราะเป็นการใช้ประกาศของอธิบดีกรมสรรพากร ไม่ต้องแก้กฎหมายประมวลรัษฎากร ไม่ใช้เวลามาก" นายสาธิต กล่าว นอกจากนี้ กรมยังมีแผนการศึกษาเพิ่มองค์กรสาธารณะด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นองค์กรที่บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลบริจาคเงินและทรัพย์สินสามารถนำมาหักลดหย่อนภาษีได้ เพราะเป็นเรื่องที่มีความสำคัญที่ทุกหน่วยงานต้องร่วมมือกัน พันตรีศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ สมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล | |
