ตอบครับ.... 1. เป็นคนชรา ถืออายุ 60 ปี ครับ 2. คนเป็นอัมพาต ถือว่าเป็นคนพิการครับ... กติกาขอให้มีเอกสารครบตามที่ระบุไว้ครับ...หลักฐานผู้สูงอายุก็ไมมีสมุดคนพิการ....

ขณะนี้มีผู้สูงอายุ และคนพิการ ที่มีหลักฐานครบตามกฎกติกา ขอรถมาที่ สมาคมฯ แล้วจำนวน 570 คัน ณวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ (วันวาเลนท์ไทน์)
