ครม.เพิ่มวันหยุดช่วงเข้าพรรษา 4 วันรวด หวังกระตุ้นใช้จ่าย โดย ASTVผู้จัดการออนไลน์ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2552 คณะรัฐมนตรีใจป้ำ เพิ่มวันหยุดราชการ หวังกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจให้ประชาชนออกมาจับจ่ายใช้สอย เพิ่มวันหยุดช่วง “อาสาฬหบูชา-เข้าพรรษา” 4 วันรวด วันนี้ (17 ก.พ.) ที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาล นายศุภรักษ์ ควรหา รองโฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี แถลงผลการประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี ว่า ครม.ได้พิจารณาสลับ หรือเลื่อนวันหยุดราชการประจำปี ตามที่สำนักเลขาคณะรัฐมนตรีได้เสนอ เนื่องจากภาวะเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวได้รับผลกระทบจากเศรษฐกิจ คณะรัฐมนตรี มีความเห็นว่า ในวันหยุด ถ้าเกิดสามารถให้ต่อเนื่องไปได้ ก็จะทำให้เกิดการจับจ่ายใช้สอยขึ้นเป็นอย่างมาก คณะรัฐมนตรีจึงมีมติเมื่อวันที่ 28 มกราคม 2552 โดยได้ตรวจดูวันหยุดราชการประจำปี หรือวันหยุดราชการตามประเพณี คือ ปัจจุบันวันหยุดราชการของไทยแบ่งออกได้เป็น 4 ประเภท คือ 1.วันหยุดราชการประจำสัปดาห์ คือ วันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ 2.วันหยุดราชการประจำปีมี 16 วัน ประกอบด้วย วันสำคัญต่างๆ 3.วันหยุดชดเชย คือ คณะรัฐมนตรีได้มีมติกำหนดเป็นหลักการ ว่า กรณี วันหยุดราชการประจำปีวันใดตรงกับวันหยุดราชการประจำสัปดาห์ให้เลื่อนราชการประจำปีวันนั้นหยุดในวันถัดไป โดยชดเชยได้ไม่เกิน 1 วัน และ 4.วันหยุดราชการกรณีพิเศษ ซึ่งคณะรัฐมนตรีได้กำหนดเป็นครั้งไป ทั้งนี้ จากการตรวจสอบใน พ.ศ.2552 พบว่า 1.ในเดือนมกราคม กุมภาพันธ์ เมษายน พฤษภาคม ตุลาคม และธันวาคม มีวันหยุดราชการต่อเนื่องกับวันหยุดราชการประจำปีสัปดาห์ จำนวน 7 ครั้ง 2.ในเดือนมีนาคม มิถุนายน กันยายน และพฤศจิกายน ไม่มีวันหยุดราชการประจำปี 3.ในเดือนพฤษภาคม กรกฎาคม สิงหาคม และเดือนธันวาคม มีวันหยุดราชการประจำปี แต่ไม่มีหยุดต่อเนื่องกับวันหยุดราชการประจำสัปดาห์ จำนวน 4 ครั้ง “ยกตัวอย่าง เช่น เดือนกรกฎาคม วันที่ 4 ตรงกับวันเสาร์วันที่ 5 ตรงกับวันอาทิตย์วันที่ 6 ตรงกับวันจันทร์ และวันอังคาร คือ วันที่ 8 เป็นวันอาสาฬหบูชา วันพุธ คือ วันที่ 9 เป็นเข้าพรรษา จึงให้ วันจันทร์เป็นวันหยุด” นายศุภรักษ์ กล่าว - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - พันตรีศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ นายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล โทร. 02-990-0331 http://www.apdi2002.com http://www.youtube.com พิมพ์ apdi. หรือ สมาคมคนพิการ 1702520804
