ศาลปกครองสูงสุด ย้ายมาอยู่ที่ ถ.แจ้งวัฒนะ
ศาลปกครองสูงสุด ย้ายรังใหม่14ก.ค. ศ.ดร.อักขราทร จุฬารัตน ประธานศาลปกครองสูงสุด เปิดเผยว่า ตามที่ศาลปกครองสูงสุด และศาลปกครองกลางเปิดทำการตาม พ.ร.บ.จัดตั้งศาลปกครอง และวิธีพิจารณาคดีปกครอง พ.ศ.2542 โดยมีสถานที่ตั้งและที่ทำการอยู่บนชั้น 31-37 และ 43 ของอาคารเอ็มไพร์ทาวเวอร์ ตั้งแต่เมื่อวันที่ 9 มี.ค.2544 เป็นต้นมา บัดนี้ อาคาคารที่ทำการศาลปกครองแห่งใหม่ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ศูนย์ราชการถนนแจ้งวัฒนะ ดำเนินการก่อสร้างเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงกำหนดให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่ตั้งของศาลปกครองสูงสุด และศาลปกครองกลาง และสำนักงานศาลปกครอง โดยจะย้ายไปยังอาคารที่ทำการศาลปกครอง ถนนแจ้งวัฒนะ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 ก.ค. นี้ ศ.ดร.อักขราทร กล่าวต่อว่า เพื่อไม่ให้การดำเนินการย้ายที่ทำการดังกล่าวกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานด้านการพิจารณาพิพากษาคดี และการให้บริการประชาชน จึงกำหนดให้มีการขนย้ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงานทั้งหมดในวันเสาร์ และอาทิตย์เท่านั้น โดยหน่วยงานส่วนต่างๆ จะทยอยไปเปิดทำการ และให้บริการ ณ สถานที่ทำการดังกล่าวตั้งแต่เดือนมิ.ย. จนครบสมบูรณ์พร้อมให้บริการเต็มรูปแบบในวันที่ 14 ก.ค. พันตรีศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ นายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล www.waddeeja.com Tel.02-990-03312 0506512140
