จังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดย นายถาวร พรหมมีชัย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชัยภูมิ, นายบุญรักษ์ คลองมิ่ง ผอ.ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดชัยภูมิ, พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ,สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชัยภูมิ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขอเชิญพี่น้องชาวจังหวัดชัยภูมิ และทุกจังหวัดร่วมและสนับสนุนการสร้างโอกาสให้คนพิการในงาน มอบรถสามล้อโยก และพบปะ แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดการพัฒนาเด็กพิการจังหวัดชัยภูมิ เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการอย่างยั่งยืน วันอังคารที่ 4 มีนาคม 2551 เวลา 09.00-13.30 น. โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายถาวร พรหมมีชัย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชัยภูมิ เป็นประธานในพิธี กิจกรรมประกอบด้วย.... - มอบรถสามล้อโยก จำนวน 59 คัน ให้คนพิการร่างกาย จำนวน 59 คน - กิจกรรมพบปะ แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดการพัฒนาเด็กพิการ ระหว่างผู้ปกครองด้วยกัน และแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแต่ละด้าน/นักกายภาพบำบัด/กิจกรรมบำบัด/นักสงคมสงเคราะห์ ฯลฯ โดยได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จาก เทศบาลตำบล/องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนำผู้ปกครอง/เด็กพิการเข้างาน - รับประทานอาหารกลางวัน โดยได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ/เอกชน ทุกภาคส่วนร่วมออกซุ้มอาหาร/น้ำดื่ม ผลไม้ ไอศกรีม ฯลฯ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ขอเชิญชวนทุกท่าน ทุกหน่วยงาน ร่วมซุ้มอาหาร น้ำดื่ม สิ่งของ เครื่องใช้ เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจให้ผู้ปกครอง/คนพิการ สอบถามรายละเอียดได้ที่ ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดชัยภูมิ โทรศัพท์ 0-4481-3312 ดูรายละเอียดที่เวบไซด์ http://www.chysec.net ooooกิจกรรมนี้...ใช้ชื่อโครงการว่า "โครงการจัดทำรถสามล้อโยกสำหรับคนพิการจังหวัดชัยภูมิ เพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลเนื่องโอกาสมหามงคล 80 พรรษา พ.ศ. 2550" ซึ่งได้แนวคิดจาก พ.ต.ศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ นายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล..เริ่มดำเนินการเมื่อ 15 มิถุนายน 2550 โดยความเห็นชอบ ของนายศุภกิจ บุญญฤทธิพงษ์ รองปลัดกรมการปกครอง (อดีต ผวจ.ชัยภูมิ) ท่านอนุมัติเงินที่ได้ส่วนลดจากการจำหน่ายสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล อนุมัติเงินให้ 280,000 บาท ทำรถสามล้อโยกนำร่อง 80 คัน (คันละ 3,500 บาท) เงินประชาสัมพันธ์ 40,723 บาท มีผู้บริจาคสมทบอีก 77 คัน เงิน 269,500 บาท รวมทำรถได้ 157 คัน เงิน 549,500 บาท รวมงบ ปชส. 40,723 บาท รวมทั้งสิ้น 590,223 บาท (ห้าแสนเก้าหมื่นสองร้อยยี่สิบสามบาทถ้วน) มอบให้คนพิการไปแล้ว 98 คัน..โดยวิทยาลัยเทคนิคชัยภูมิเป็นผู้จัดทำ ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ประสาน ระดมทุน...ขอขอบคุณ พ.ต.ศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ นายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากลที่ให้ข้อคิด นำสิ่งดี ๆ ไปมอบให้ชาวชัยภูมิ...และวันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2551 ได้รับเกียรติจากท่านไปร่วมในงานนี้ด้วย... | |
