ตามที่ สมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล ได้จัดโครงการเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว พระชนมายุครบ 80 พรรษา ตั้งแต่ปี 2550 ต่อเนื่องมาจนถึง ปี 2552 โดยได้ดำเนินการบริจาครถเข็นวีลแชร์รถสามล้อโยก ให้แก่คนพิการทั่วประเทศ และทางสมาคมฯ ได้จัดส่งทางโลจิสติดโพสต์ ถึงจังหวัดที่คนพิการอยู่ และได้ทำพิธีมอบ ให้คนพิการจังหวัดชุมพรเมื่อวันที่ 22 กันยายน 2552 ณ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 ท่าตะเภา จำนวน 21 ราย โดยมีท่านผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชุมเป็นประธานในพิธีมอบ พร้อมแขกผู้มีเกียรติ ร่วม 100 คน เป็นพยาน.......
