มีผู้ประกันตนกับประกันสังคม ประสพอุัับัติเหตุและไม่ได้รับคำแนะนำ อยากขอคำแนะนำครับ
เรียน ท่านนายกสมาคมฯ เนื่องจากมีคนพิการคนหนึ่ง ประสพอุบัติเหตุทางถนน คือ ขณะขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ถูกรถยนต์ชนจากด้านหลัง เมื่อเข้ารักษาพยาบาลและผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลัง จนกลายเป็นคนพิการ ขาสองข้างและระบบขับถ่ายควบคุมไม่ได้ ซึ่งหลังจากรักษาตัวรอดชีวิตแล้ว ทางสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัด ได้มอบเงินจำนวนหึ่ง (1x,xxx บาท) จากนั้นนายจ้างได้ทำเรื่องลาออกจากการเป็นสมาชิกประกันสังคม โดยที่ผู้พิการและญาติ ไม่ทราบเลยว่า ควรจะได้รับสิทธิช่วยเหลือใด ๆ จากสำนักงานประกันสังคม หรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ผมจึงใครขอความกรุณาจากท่าน ช่วยแนะนำผู้พิการรายนี้ด้วยครับ
