เรียน ผู้พัน ครับ ผมไม่เข้าใจว่ากฏหมายออกมาให้รับคนพิการทำงานและให้บรรจุตามความเหมาะสมผมอยากทราบว่าหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่รับสมัครคนพิการเข้าไปเขารับเพื่อไม่ผิดกฏหมายเพียงเท่านั้นใช่หรือเปล่าครับเพราะกฏหมายไม่ได้บังคับว่าให้บรรจุอย่างนี้แล้วคนพิการทั้งหลายก็ต้องก้มหน้าทำงานรับค้างจ้างไปวันๆซึ่งไม่มีสวัสดิการเหมือนกับคนปกติที่เขาได้รับสวัสดิการทุกอย่างมีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีแล้วชีวิตคนพิการล่ะครับจะมีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้นเมื่อครับ
