เหตุตามประกาศกฏกระทรวง ปี 52 กำหนดวัดคนตาบอด ตรวจจากสายตาข้างที่ดี ทั้งที่ พรบ ส่งเสริมมาตรา ๔ ไม่ได้จำกัดคำนิยามดังกล่าว โดยให้คำนิยามว่าบุคคลที่มีข้อจำกัดทางการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันหรือเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม.........แล้วกฎกระทรวงดังกล่าวเอาอะไรมาเป็นมาตราฐานในการวัดสายตาจากตาข้างเดียว ..............อยากทราบว่าปัจจุบันทางสมาคมแก้ปัญหานี้อย่างไรครับ มีการฟ้องศาลปกครองยกเลิกกฏกระทรวงดังกล่าวยัง ............ยศภัทร

เรียน..... คุณ ตาบอดข้างเดียวได้รับความเป็นธรรมยัง

1. ท่านต้องไปติดต่อกับสมาคมคนตาบอดแห่งประเทศไทยโดยตรง ครับ เรื่องของคนตาบอดโดยเฉพาะเลยครับ

2. ตามกฎหมายแล้ว ตาบอดข้างเดียว ไม่ถือว่าเป็นคนพิการ ตามกฎหมาย ฉนั้น พวกท่านต้องไปเรียกร้องสิทธิของท่าน โดยตรงครับ (เพราะรัฐบาลเป็นคนออกกฎหมาย เมื่อท่านเสียสิทธิ ท่านต้องรวมกลุ่ม กันต่อสู้ครับ)
