อยากทราบจำนวนผู้พิการทางสายตาครับ
ผมเป็นนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือครับ ผมอยากทราบจำนวนผู้พิการทางสายตาในประเทศไทย และ ผู้พิการทางสายตาที่อยู่ในระบบการศึกษามีจำนวนกี่คนครับ และจะมีการเก็บสถิติผู้พิการทางสายตาทุกๆกี่ปีครับ จะนำไปเป็นเนื้อหาในเล่มปริญญานิพนธ์ครับ ขอบคุณครับ
