นางกิ่งแก้ว อินหว่าง เลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ (พ.ม.) พูดเรื่องคนพิการ เป็นวิทยากร เสวนา เรื่องคนพิการ ใช้คำพูด เรื่องคนพิการ ไม่ถูกต้อง …...ยังใช้คำพูดว่า ...... ผู้พิการ.....ผู้พิการ ซึ่งเป็นคำพูดที่ผิด ........... ที่ถูกต้อง คือคำว่า คนพิการ คนพิการ ครับ. วันที่ 15-16-17 ธ.ค.53 สมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล ได้รับเชิญเข้าร่วมสัมมาระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยกิจการภาคสังคมเพื่อการมีงานทำที่ยั่งยืนสำหรับคนพิการ ณ โรงแรมไดอาน่า การ์เด้นรีสอร์ท พัทยา จ.ชลบุรี ซึ่งมีคนพิการ / ผู้นำชาวต่างประเทศจำนวน 10 ประเทศ คือ ญี่ปุ่น / จีน / ศรีลังกา / ใต้หวัน / มาเลเซีย / พม่า / ลาว / กัมพูชา ฯลฯ และวันนี้ 17 ธ.ค.53 เวลา 16.00 น. นางกิ่งแก้ว อินหว่าง ได้เป็นวิทยากร และยังใช้คำพูดที่ ผิดอยู่......คือ ผู้พิการ คำว่า....คนพิการ คือคำพูดที่ถูกต้องครับ .................... ท่านพูดเรื่องคนพิการ ไม่น่าจะผิดแล้วครับ.......เพราะ พ.ร.บ.50 ท่านก็มาทันแล้ว มาตรา 4 ของ พ.ร.บ.50 บอกไว้ชัดเจนแล้วครับ ถึงท่านจะไม่ใช่ลูกหม้อของ....... คนพิการ......... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - พันตรีศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ นายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล (ส.พ.ค.) โทร. 02-990-0331 http://www.youtube.com พิมพ์ apdi. หรือ สมาคมคนพิการ 1712532259 *********************
