การประชุมวิชาการการบริหารและการจัดการระดับชาติ และนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 1

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมในการรับรู้กฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ ของคนพิการในอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการส่งเสริมในการรับรู้กฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ของคนพิการในอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวจากตัวอย่างที่เป็นคนพิการในอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำหรับการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F-test, ค่า LSD และค่าสถิติไคสแคว์

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 31 ปี ถึง 40 ปี มีสถานภาพทางครอบครัว คือ สมรส ไม่ได้รับการศึกษา มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาท ประกอบอาชีพ รับจ้างทั่วไป มีความพิการทางกายหรือการเคลื่อนไหว การรับรู้กฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ของคนพิการ โดยผลรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระดับการรับรู้ในระดับปานกลาง (= 2.81) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านกฎหมายและนโยบายเกี่ยวกับคนพิการ (= 2.92) รองลงมาคือ การรับรู้สิทธิประโยชน์ของคนพิการ (= 2.71)

ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มี เพศ และประเภทของความพิการ ที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่มีผลต่อการรับรู้กฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ของคนพิการ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มี อายุ สถานภาพทางครอบครัว ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อการรับรู้กฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ ของคนพิการในอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพทางครอบครัว ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน อาชีพ และประเภทของความพิการที่แตกต่างกัน มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อกันในการรับรู้กฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ของคนพิการในอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี
