ผมอยากทราบข้อมูลการสร้างห้อเช่าครับ ผมมีที่ติดถนนอยู่สามงานหน้ากว้าง 30 เมตรครับ ใครมีประสบการณืช่วยชี้แนะหน่อยครับจะเป็นพระคุณอย่างสูง

1.ควรสร้างห้องขนาดเท่าไหร่ครับ ผมอยากได้สองชั้น และได้กี่ห้องครับ

2.ค่าจ้างต่อตารางเมตรประมาณเท่าไหร่ครับ เหมาทั้งอุปกรณ์และค่าแรง หรือค่าแรงอย่างเดียวอันไหนคุ้มค่ากว่ากันครับ

3 .ควรสร้างห่างถนนกี่เมตรครับ
