ขอความช่วยเหลือ Tuesday, 4 May, 2010, 11:45 AM From: "นางสาวอมราวดี ก้างยาง" <soi_1524@thaimail.com> To: "apdmajor1@yahoo.com" <apdmajor1@yahoo.com> Contact to www.waddeeja.com Name : นางสาวอมราวดี ก้างยาง Phone:086-004-701-3 ------------------------------------ Subject : ขอความช่วยเหลือ Message : ข้าพเจ้าเคยเป็นอดีตนักกีฬาทีมชาติของคนพิการ กรีฑาทั้งลู่และลาน และเคยได้รับเหรัยญรางวังหลายอย่าง ข้าพเจ้าเริ่มเล่นกีฬาเมื่ออายุประมาฯ16-17 ปี เล่นมานานมาก จนตอนนี้กระดูกคอเคลื่อนทับเส้นประสาท กระดูกคอแตก ต้องไปรักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลศิริราชอยู่บ่อยๆ อักทั้งกล้ามเนื้อเกรงอีกด้วย ตอนนี้ลำบากมาก ไม่รู่จะทำยังไงดี เคยกินยาค่าตัวตายก็ไม่ตายและตอนนี้ก็มาอย่ากับสามีอีก อย่าเมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2553 และต้องรับภาระเลี้ยงดูลูกสาววัย 3 ขวบ 7 เดือนอีกคนหนึ่ง ตอนนี้ไปเช่าห้องอยู่ที่บ้านเลขที่20 หอพงศ์ยศ ห้อง 109 ซ.อ่อนนุข66 แยก19-10แขวงประเวศ เขตประเวศ กทม. 10250 และตอนนี้ข้าพเจ้าต้องรับภาระเยอะมากต้องเลี้ยงลูกหาเงินจ่ายค่าหอหาเงินส่งลูกสาวเรียนอีก ตอนนี้ข้าพเจ้าไปขอกู้ยืมเงินเพื่อนมา 10000 บาท และทางสมาคมกีฬาคนพิการช่วยเหลืออีก15000 บาท ข้าพเจ้าก็นำมาซื้อล๊อตเตอลี่ขายแต่ก็ไม่เพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่ายแต่ละวันรเลย ซื้อล๊อตเตอลี่ได้ 2 เล่มเอง 200 ใบ ขายได้กำไรประมาณ4000 กว่าบาบต่องวดยังไม่ได้หักค่ารถค่าเดินทางและค่ากินบอกตรงๆว่าตอนนี้ข้าพเจ้าเครียดมากไม่รู้จะทำยังไงดี ข้าพเจ้าเคยได้รับเครื่องราช จากการเล่นกีฬาด้วย แตอนนี้ข้าพเจ้าลำบากมากไม่มีหน่วยงานใหนเข้ามาช่วยเหลือเลย ช้าพเจ้าอยากขอความเมตตาและขอความช่วยเหลือด้วยไม่งั้นข้าพเจ้าคงเครียดและคิดสั้นอีกแน่ๆ เพราะหาทางออกไม่เจอเงินที่ยืมเค่ามาก็ต้องจ่ายคืนเดือน กค. 53 5000 บาท และเดือน ต.ค. อีก 5000 บาท พอถึงตอนนั้นข้าพเจ้าต้องลำบากมาก ข้าพเจ้าควรจะทำยังไงดี และตอนนี้ข้าพเจ้าก็ต้องไปหาหมออยู่เรื่อยๆ ถ้าเหล็กที่หมอผ่าใส่ในคอหลุดก็ต้องได้ผ่าไหม่อีก ข้าพเจ้าบอกตรงๆ ว่าเครียดมากช่วยให้คำปรึกษาและหาทางช่วยเหลื่อข้าพเจ้ากับลูกสาวด้วยค่ะ โปรดเมตตาและสงสารด้วย เมื่อเวลา ๑๕.๐๐ น. วันที่ ๙ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๓ ที่มูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี เลขที่ ๘๔/๑๔ หมู่ ๒ ต.ลำผักกูด อ.ธัญบุรี จ.ปทุมธานี นางอัมราวดี ก้างยาง อายุ ๒๕ ปี นักกีฬาคนพิการทีมชาติไทย ชาว ต.บ้านข้าวเปลือก อ.แม่จัน จ.เชียงราย ได้เดินทางเข้าร้องทุกข์ต่อนางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี เนื่องจากชีวิตหลังจากเลิกแข่งขันต้องตกอยู่ในความลำบาก และไม่ได้รับการเหลียวแลจากหน่วยงานใดๆ โดยปัจุบันต้องแบกรับภาระเลี้ยงลูกสาววัย ๓ ขวบ ตามลำพังทั้งที่พิการ นางอัมราวดี กล่าวว่า ตนเป็นอดีตนักกีฬาคนพิการ ทีมชาติไทย ที่เคยเดินทางไปแข่งขันมาหลายสถานที่ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ อาทิ การแข่งขันกีฬาคนพิการแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ ๒๐ จังหวัดศรีษะเกษ เมื่อปี พ.ศ.๒๕๔๔ ได้รับ ๓ เหรียญทอง จากการแข่งขันวิ่ง ๑๐๐ เมตร ขว้างจักร์ และพุ่งแหลมหญิง และในปี พ.ศ.๒๕๔๖ ได้เดินทางไปแข่งขัน ASEAN PAPA GAMES ครั้งที่ ๒ ที่เมืองฮานอย ประเทศเวียตนาม ก็ได้รับ ๒ เหรียญทอง จากพุ่งแหลมหญิง และทุ่มน้ำหนักหญิง และอีก ๑ เหรียญทองแดงจากวิ่ง ๑๐๐ เมตรหญิง ในการแข่งขันกีฬาคนพิการแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ ๒๔ หรือเมืองโอ่งเกมส์ โดยที่ผ่านมาเข้าร่วมแข่งขันกีฬาคนพิการทั้งสิ้น ๗ ครั้ง ได้รับเหรียญรางวัลทั้งสิ้น ๒๑ เหรียญทอง ๒ เหรียญเงิน ๓ เหรียญทองแดง ส่วนการแข่งขันครั้งสุดท้ายของตน คือ การแข่งขันกีฬาคนพิการแห่งประเทศไทยที่ จังหวัดตรัง เมื้อเดือน ต.ค. ๒๕๕๒ ในสังกัดของ กทม. แต่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุก่อนการแข่งขัน ๑ วัน โดยนอนรักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลจังหวัดตรัง ๑ คืน ก่อนจะขอเข้าร่วมลงแข่งขันวิ่ง ๑๐๐ เมตร และพุ่งแหลม จนได้รับผลกระทบสาหัสขึ้น เนื่องจากกระดูกคอแตก กระดูกคอเคลื่อนทับเส้นประสาท และมีคราบหินปูนเกาะที่กระดูกสันหลังอีก ซึ่งทางแพทย์ระบุว่า เป็นมานานแล้วและมีการสะสมมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆเนื่องจากเล่นกีฬา นางอัมราวดี กล่าวต่อว่า ตอนนี้ชีวิตครอบครัวลำบากมากๆ สามีก็หย่าขาดกัน ตนเองต้องเลี้ยงลูกสาววัย ๓ ขวบเศษโดยลำพัง ทั้งที่ตนเล่นกีฬาให้กับสมาคมกีฬาคนพิการมาตลอดหลายปี แต่พอไปขอความช่วยเหลือจากทางสมาคม ทางสมาคมช่วยเงินมาเพียง ๑๕,๐๐๐ บาท และไม่เคยช่วยเหลืออีกเลย โดยทุกวันนี้ยังต้องเดินทางไปพบแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลศิริราชอยู่ตลอด ชีวิตลำบากมากๆ บ้านที่เช่าเขาอยู่เดือนละ ๒,๕๐๐ บาท ก็ไม่มีเงินที่จะจ่ายค่าเช่า และกำลังจะถูกไล่ออกโดยเจ้าของบ้านให้เวลา ๑๕ วันให้หาเงินมาจ่าย แต่คงไม่มีปัญญา เพราะที่ผ่านมาได้ไปยืมเงินเพื่อนจำนวน ๑๐,๐๐๐ บาท เพื่อนำมาซื้อ ล๊อตเตอรี่ ๒ เล่มไปเดินจำหน่าย ซึ่งงวดๆ หนึ่งก็มีกำไรบ้างเพียงเล็กน้อยไม่พอค่าใช้จ่าย อีกทั้งลูกสาวก็กำลังจะต้องเข้าเรียน ซึ่งทำให้ตนกลุ้มใจเป็นอย่างมาก เคยคิดกินยาฆ่าตัวตายมาแล้วครั้งหนึ่งแต่ไม่ตาย ตอนนี้สงสารลูกสาวอยากให้เขาได้เรียน จึงมาขอความช่วยเหลือจากทาง มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ เพื่อขอโควตาล๊อตเตอรี่ของคนพิการมาเดินขายและอยากให้ลูกสาวเข้าเรียนเหมือนกับคนอื่นๆ ด้วย ด้านนางปวีณา กล่าวว่า ในเบื้องต้นทางมูลนิธิฯ ได้มอบเงินช่วยเหลือต่อนางอัมราวดี และลูกสาวจำนวน ๓,๐๐๐ บาท และได้ประสานงานไปยังคุณญาณี เลิศไกร รองอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ ในการจัดสถานที่อยู่อาศัยชั่วคราวให้กับทั้งสองแม่ลูก และจะประสานงานกับทางหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการให้ความช่วยเหลือต่อไป ซึ่งประชาชนทั่วไปที่ต้องการให้ความอนุเคราะห์ให้ความช่วยเหลือสามารถติดต่อประสานงานได้ที่มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ตลอดเวลา - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - พันตรีศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ นายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล (ส.พ.ค.) โทร. 02-990-0331 http://www.apdi2002.com http://www.youtube.com พิมพ์ apdi. หรือ สมาคมคนพิการ 1105531619 *********************
